  • The product must be:

    • In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags.

  • An unboxing video is required for damaged, defective, or missing item claims.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used, scratched, or physically damaged by the customer.

  • Hygiene-related products (e.g., earphones, earbuds) if opened, unless defective on arrival.

  • “Clearance” or Final Sale items marked as non-returnable.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • The product is out of stock after payment.

  • You received the wrong or damaged product and choose a refund instead of exchange.

  • Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method or mobile wallet.

(Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.)

  • Exchange for the same product (if available).

  • Store credit for future purchases (if replacement is unavailable).

7. Shipping for Returns

  • If the return is due to our fault (wrong/damaged item), we cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer’s change of mind, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • Refund requests after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
