4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable VAT (if any).

  • We accept the following payment methods:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • bKash / Nagad

    • Bank Transfer

  • Payment must be completed before order processing (except COD orders).

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or email.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

    • The product is out of stock.

    • The payment is not completed (for prepaid orders).

    • There is a technical error or incorrect pricing.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines:

    • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days

    • Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days

  • Delivery charges:

    • Inside Dhaka: 80 BDT

    • Outside Dhaka: 130 BDT

  • Delays may occur during holidays or due to unforeseen events.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Complaints

  • You can request an exchange or file a complaint within 3 days of receiving the product, subject to our Exchange & Complaint Policy.

  • No refunds will be given for incorrect information or customer negligence.

  • We do not accept returns for used or damaged products caused by the customer.

8. User Responsibilities

  • Do not misuse our website or engage in fraudulent activity.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

  • All activities under your account are your responsibility.
