1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver products nationwide through our trusted courier partners.

  • Inside Dhaka City

  • Outside Dhaka (All Districts in Bangladesh)

2. Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 1 – 3 business days

  • Outside Dhaka: 3 – 5 business days
    (Delivery time may vary during public holidays, strikes, or natural calamities.)

3. Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: 80 BDT

  • Outside Dhaka: 130 BDT

(Cash on Delivery service is available for most areas.)

5. Order Processing

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS or email.

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

  • A tracking number will be provided as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

6. Delivery Conditions

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

  • Ensure that the provided address and phone number are correct for smooth delivery.

  • If the delivery attempt fails due to wrong address or unavailability, the customer may have to pay an additional re-delivery charge.

7. Order Tracking

You can track your order using the tracking ID provided after dispatch. Our support team can also help you with the status of your delivery.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within Bangladesh.
